30 Day Before Bedtime Affirmation Journal for Kids

Designed to help kids decompress from the school day and process their thoughts, feelings and emotions associated with an academic setting so they can sleep peacefully.  Can be used for students in elementary to high school, depending on their reading level and comprehension.  A glossary is included for reference.  Can be used independently or as a conversation starter with parents or caregivers to address difficult issues.
